   In 2018, according to the new market demand and the company's need for innovation and growth, the customer designed a new version of the skateboard style, but encountered difficulties in manufacturing. The previous inserts cannot be applied to the new skateboard using composite materials because of insufficient pull And, the whole piece of composite material is easy to overflow when in-mold injection molding.
    Our job is to solve these problems.

solution:

   We increase the friction between the product and the plate by adding a flange, and increase the direct tensile force between the insert and the plate by adding a wire screw sleeve, and at the same time take into account the anti-seismic ability, in-mold injection For the problem of glue overflow, we adopted the method of sticking 3M hoses on both ends to control the problem of glue overflow.
