We found through testing that after ABS is added with glass fiber, the fluidity in the mold cavity becomes worse, resulting in less glue input into the straight knurled groove and T-shaped groove, so we designed a standard product for our customers. CZ series of injection nuts. The hexagonal shape of CZ series injection nuts is tensile, and the appearance has no sharp knurling to reduce the plastic flow resistance, thereby achieving high torsion and tensile resistance.Our solution was quickly accepted by customers and received a high evaluation.
