Installation process of bolt screw sleeve
1. Drilling: The drilling depth should be greater than the length of bolt sleeve. Note that the tapping drill size is larger than usual.
2. Tapping: The specifications of tapped threads should correspond to the specifications of external threads of bolt sleeves.
3. Installation: Screw the bolt sleeve into the corresponding threaded hole, and require the bolt sleeve to be lower than the workpiece surface.
4. Lock key: Press the bolt fixing key of the bolt sleeve into the bottom hole with appropriate tools.
Drilling and tapping are completely the same as machining common internal threads, and it is best to use special tools to improve working efficiency when screwing in and installing
Disassembly of bolt sleeve
If necessary, the bolt threaded sheath can be removed without damaging its base material (i.e. the material of the part on which it is located)
1. Drill out a part of the sheath,
2. Bend the fixing key inward and break it,
3. Screw out the sheath with "easy-to-remove tool" or similar tool.
